Data controller

The controller for the public website, demo requests, analytics and the client account is ELYNT Systems. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@elynt.cc.

Data we process

We process data submitted through demo and account forms: name, company, email, phone, role, message, selected plan, team size and technical attribution such as UTM source, landing page, referrer and client_id.

For accounts, we may process sign-in data, company data, plan requests, payment records, issued licences and security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

Google Analytics is optional and runs only after consent. Demo requests and commercial communication are processed for pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest. Account sessions, security, technical logs and form operation are processed for contract performance, service security and legitimate interest.

Subprocessors and transfers

We may use Google Analytics for optional analytics, Google OAuth for account sign-in when enabled, hosting/infrastructure providers and a payment provider when payments are enabled. Where international data transfers occur, we use available contractual and technical safeguards.

Retention

Leads are retained for up to 24 months after the last commercial interaction unless a longer period is needed for legal claims or accounting. Client account data is retained for the contract term and up to 36 months after termination unless deletion is requested earlier and no legal obligation requires retention. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

User rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, withdraw analytics consent or request data portability where applicable. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month.

Complaints

If you are in the EU, you have the right to contact the data protection supervisory authority in your country. If you are in Ukraine, you may use the rights available under Ukrainian personal data protection law.
